Basic flute adjustments/Repairs

Services are available for:

- Flutes

- Piccolo 

 

Prices menu:

 

- Pad removal and installation - $15 plus pad cost ($2.75 - $12.75) *Price is per pad install only, no adjustments

 

- Head Cork replacement $30

 

- Head joint and cork replacement $50 (Price may vary if the instrument requires a brand specific part)

 

- Minor Adjustments(Bent keys, Cork replacement, Air leaks) Prices range from $10 - $40 

 

All prices listed above include repair/installation and basic replacement parts, unless otherwise specified.

DISCLAIMER - The Star Music Shop will not repair any items that are on the verge of breaking and/or becoming permanently unusable. Upon receiving any repair item, we inspect and take multiple detailed pictures, prior to any work being done, to make sure that no other damages are present. If severe damages are discovered after drop off, we will not attempt to repair, and will request for you to pickup the instrument. 

 

Parts: We may request a downpayment if we need to order a specific part for your repair. 

 

Integrity: The Star Music Shop is here to help you and make sure that you are happy with your repair by providing excellent service and by keeping costs lower than any other repair shop in town. With that said, we will never add any extra parts or do any additional repair work without your consent first. If we can't reach you, we will put the repair on hold until we get your permission to go forward with the process. 

 

Abandoned/unpaid items: All repairs must be paid upon pickup. Any items that are unpaid for or not picked up after 45 days, will be considered abandoned and will be donated or disposed of properly.
